Here we go. Right upon opening the door there was a huge odor of tobacco. I am highly sensitive to smoke due to asthma. I wore a scarf to cover my mouth and nose most of the time being there. It was unacceptable that an AU shop smelled like a pachinko parlor. I have contacted AU with a complaint about this issue. All wait times for assistance are usually 30 minutes to an hour there. Next, I will discuss service. Because I am a foreigner, my first language is not Japanese. I brought a translator with me to help me understand what was being said. The sales person assisting us wouldn't slow down speaking for a second AND didn't allow me to READ the Japanese contract. I never sign anything before accepting the terms. My translator told the sales associate to slow down speaking as well since he had to translate to me and back to the sales associate. I saw there was a little bit arrogance from the sales associate to my translator. This experience has made me reconsider AU for any future cellphone service. It wasn't a friendly experience. I would avoid this shop entirely and go to another place that doesn't smell like an ashtray. I hope that the corporation does something about this soon.

It was a response that I did not study too much. I've researched and said this, but I don't have a plan to say so. I don't do that. Or ... The au shop here was just a shape and nothing inside. When I stood for a few months and went to another au shop, I actually had that plan. I want you to return the money you have paid so far. Also, clerk, it is better to tell that paper billing will also be charged. I want you to stop doing things like making small changes.
