I brought my Dior shoes to repair the soles. After the work was done and I went to get them, I found out that the ‘I’ piece of DIOR logo was missing. I asked them to fix the problem and they promised to bring my shoes to Dior shop for a proper repair. It turned out that Dior didn’t have the extra piece to fix the shoes anymore as the shoes were bought 2 years ago. They offered to buy me new shoes or any items at Dior instead, for the same price as my old shoes. I decided to get new pair of shoes and paid the difference of the price by myself. Even though it’s sad that I cannot wear my old shoes anymore but they were very polite and eager to fix the problem. Overall I’m satisfied with the way they fix the problem and their service.

Thank you very much for repairing your umbrella. It was an umbrella that I cherished with family gifts. thank you very much. I appreciate you sincerely. When I brought it to the store, I was told that I didn't receive repairs, and I was crying that I was crying that it was an important umbrella ... but Mr. Minit, who passed by, said the word "Umbrella Repair"! In spite of the busy time in the evening, it was repaired quickly. I will also ask for other umbrellas and bags at home.

I think that customer service is more polite than other stores, and the quality of work is high. I always ask you here. The request for repairing the peeling of the sole of male leather shoes was about 15 minutes.

In the underground passage (outside the ticket gate) of the Shibuya Fukutoshin Line Toyoko Line Denentoshi Line and Yamanote Line Inokashira Line, the chairs waiting for shoe repair are exposed to the public, but the location is outstanding.
