I lost 8 kg in 5 months since I started going! ︎ I go to Kaatsu training and mitt hitting once a week with trainer Mr. Kobori. He also teaches the form and conscious muscles in detail, so I feel that it is a one-on-one advantage that is completely different from self-education. Thai teachers are also friendly and interesting, and it is a gym that even cozy women can go to with confidence. Perhaps the pressurization + mitt hitting was a good match, my motivation increased and I could reach my target weight in no time, so I will continue to go even higher!

I receive personal training about once a week in the kickboxing gym near Ueno and Yushima stations. I've been going there for about 6 months now, but my body line has changed visibly! At the gym, the trainers and staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very good. In addition to training equipment, you can also do kickboxing and pressure training, and there is also a women's changing room. The location is also on Don Quixote, so shopping is convenient and the location is good. It has been about half a year since I received Mr. Kobori, a trainer, but Mr. Kobori has a lot of knowledge and advice and I trust it very accurately. Looking at the balance of the body and raising which line it looks beautiful, Every time I train, I will explain exactly what kind of effect it has, so I am convinced that I am getting good results. In addition, training that you can do at home, things that you should be aware of every day, meals, etc. He also kindly advises you, "Is it okay to ask such a thing?" I think that knowledge alone will last a lifetime. I've been to a lot of gyms so far, but I found it very efficient to get training from a personal trainer. I'm currently training for beautiful hips! I will get a beautiful body by summer!

I went to both pressurization and kickboxing, but I enjoyed exercising anyway. I didn't like it because I'm not very good at exercising, but I really enjoyed exercising here. There was also a gym drinking party, so I could get along with everyone, so I could go to the gym as if I were going to meet my friends. I want to continue enjoying it.
