There are many passers-by whose exit faces the Kyu Koshu Kaido, and it is often difficult to get out on the road. One of the guards was very low-level, and I had a few unpleasant feelings. I climb a slope and the curve at the entrance of the parking lot is tight. In that case, large vehicles such as Alphard and Lexus rub against it. There are times when you are embarrassed when you collide with the oncoming car because the passage of the car of the parking lot is narrow. Because the lower floors such as the third floor are always full, it is troublesome to have to go up and down to the 7th to 8th floors. Also, it is difficult to go back and forth. There are 2 elevators in the back, but it is already panic when one with a luggage, one with a stroller, one with a weight, etc. comes aboard. I think that the elevator should have been made a little wider. It may be much easier to stop at the nearby NPC coin parking etc.

There are two bicycle parking lots available on the 2nd floor of the PARCO parking area, one for pushing the bicycle up the slope by yourself and another for using the elevator on the former Koshu Kaido side. There is a parking space for motorcycles in the parking lot from the 3rd floor of the parking building. When you go by car, there are few connecting passages, and the number of floors of PARCO and the parking building is one gap, so it is a little complicated.
