It is a famous restaurant of Komagane sauce cutlet bowl.
The number of reviews and evaluations are outstanding in Komagane.
Since I came to Komagane, I decided to try it. You can choose between terrace seats and the inside of the store. I thought there would be no insects in time, so I went to the terrace seat. I enjoyed the meal while listening to the autumn leaves and the murmuring of the river flowing behind.
For the menu, I ordered a loin cutlet bowl. Donburi comes out with miso soup with chicken dumplings and pickles.
The cutlet is crispy and can be sprinkled with sauce. There are a lot of cabbage, so you can't see the rice. The rice was also included in the bowl instead of being bulky.
I think the cutlet and rice are just the right distribution to eat together.
The price was 1380+ tax.
I don't know the market price because it's not compared to other shops, but it was delicious so I don't mind at all.
There is a famous shop across the street, which is always crowded, but this is also a popular shop.
There are many Komagane sauce cutlet bowl shops, but we are the only one that makes original sauce. That's right.
There are terrace seats. You can also take home lunch boxes and cutlet sandwiches. Also, there is spring water near the entrance, so you can take it home with you.
This time we have a fillet cutlet sandwich. One piece of fin cutlet was sandwiched in one piece and it was full of volume with two pieces ☺️
