Quite big and spacious gym with 3 levels. There are classes to attend as well. The locker room and toilets are pretty clean. However, the registration progress is SUCH A PAIN. The staffs are not bilingual, they can’t speak English at all even when the gym is located at Shibuya, at least not the registration or counter staff. It took me 1.5 hours to sign up for the membership as they take such a long time to complete the process. And you also have to pay 2,000 yen to have a trial session at the gym, which you can get refunded if you decide to sign up for membership on the same day. Kind of a rip off as trials should be free.
Love the ambiance...very good staffs
It did close earlier today due to an “official“ public holiday in Japan. I couldn’t find a single holiday on that day with Google. What am I paying for?
Very average experience overall, do not recommend
The entire facility, training equipment, studio, changing room, etc. are very beautiful!
Speaking of greed, I want a bath as well as orange tipness (shower only)
Dance lessons are very fun (although it's hard to make a reservation ...)
