Has great food selection with very fresh produce available. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than other stores around. The meat was good quality and much cheaper than York Mart or Costco. Biggest drawback is that parking is a mess. The garage is on a one-way street so you have one option to get in and out. Plus if you don't have parking validated be prepared to PAY. We didn't and it was 600 yen for just under one hour of parking. It also took about 20 minutes just to exit the parking garage. During the week mid day it might not take so long but can't say for sure. We have only been on the weekends. Cause of the parking alone we won't go back for general grocery items. Probably just go for the meat options.

ELP store, probably most competitive in the area. There are no other place you can buy a whole pizza around 600 yen. However, it's no match with AVE when it comes to purchasing fish and meat.

Really big grocery store with a huge selection. Prices are the best I've seen. I highly recommend going here

Conveniently located and has all ya need.

Good service, lots of organic goods, but the traffic is nuts!
