I will never put away the dishes after the customer returns. Even if you put it away, you can sit the next guest without wiping the table. The quality is so bad that it is rare nowadays.
When the lunch menu is set as a set in a calm shop atmosphere, I am happy that the sweets plate comes with it and it is very voluminous. My favorite matcha ice cream and hot are very delicious.
