Expo ’70 Commemorative Park

Expo park in Osaka is one lovely green outdoor park with variety of attractions. There are various kids playgrounds, seasonal flower fields as well as simple grassy picnic grounds great for whole family weekend fun.

Very large park with various attractions. The centrepiece is "the tower of the sun". There is also a beautiful Japanese garden, many flower gardens, museums, art and many more!

A very big park that's perfect for picnics. There are also many shops in the mall near by so picnics won't need much preparation.

Worth stopping by. I think it was 260 for adults to enter the area with the large statue (Taro I believe?) And when I was there they had a food festival inside, plus street performers. The area around the statue has a plum garden, water with paddle boats, and lots of seating for a nice picnic. Across the street is a huge and nice mall. Definitely worth the visit.

Great place for kids to play and having every season fun except for winter..
