インスタをみて入会。 代表の前田さんは他のジムや医療クリニックで顧問をされていてあまりいらっしゃいませんが、無理を言ってトレーニングを担当していただいてます。 野球のパフォーマンス向上の為に入りましたが、プロ野球選手に指導されるような方なのに非常に丁寧に教えてくださいます。 今までやったことのないトレーニングばかりですが、飛距離が伸びたりパフォーマンスが上がっているのが実感でき大満足です。 始めて2カ月ですが、もう少し頻度を上げて通いたいと思ってます。

3ヶ月で、目標の-10kgを達成できました! 他のジムも比較したなかでは、最もリーズナブルだったので入会しました。 パーソナルジムを利用するのは今回初めてでしたが、トレーニング方法や食事のアドバイスを親身に教えてもらえたので満足です。 コスパは非常に良いと思います。 上野や秋葉原はジムが多いですが御徒町っていうのも決めてのひとつでした。 追記 継続して3週間ほど経ちましたが、ペースを減らしてもまだ少しずつ体重も落ちていて継続の効果を実感しています! プロ野球選手も使われてるジムで私みたいなのが通ってて大丈夫なのかなと思ってしまいました。笑 担当の蓮川さんは教え方が非常に楽しく生活の一部になってきました。 一生通い続けます!

I couldn't go to the fitness gym I used to go to because of the corona virus, and I got fat. No matter what I did, I couldn't lose weight and was in trouble and joined Basis. I live in Hokkaido, so I'm asking you online. Is online honestly effective until you start? I was skeptical, but I lost 9 kilos in two months from the start. You can check the training many times until you can do it in the correct form, and you can also give careful dietary guidance. The trainer always gives me positive words, which motivates me and keeps me happy. I feel that if the trainer is really good, it will be effective enough online.

In the two months since I started going, I was able to reach my goal of -10kg! It was my first time to go to the gym, but the trainer's abundant knowledge always explained in an easy-to-understand manner and kindly encouraged me, so I have been able to go to the gym for two months without any difficulty. Training is tough, of course, but it's not as strict as you want to run away, and every time you make a training menu that makes you want to try your best. Also, it was very good that the dietary guidance was very detailed and easy to understand. Not only good and bad foods to eat, but also detailed instructions on how to cook and when to eat, so I didn't suffer at all even during sugar restriction. I was really surprised because I didn't expect to be able to return to my body shape when I was in my twenties in such a short period of time!

I've been to a fitness club for over two years, but I didn't feel much effect when I went or didn't, and I was like a ghost member. Under such circumstances, I changed my way of thinking about training at Basis. I've had personal training at a fitness club, and I was surprised at how different the levels were! I wanted to tighten my body, not a diet, but it's been 3 months since I started going to the waist and tightened my buttocks. The price is reasonable, so I want to continue!
