Worst place that i had an appointment in 5 year of Tokyo, first you have to fill up the form, and one question on that form was: how do you want to solve you problem: as fast as possible, painkillers, fast, just pain relief, and “it doesn’t matter how much cost, i want to get better”, what kind of question is that? Took some x-rays, painkillers and a medicine to protect my stomach, I asked for the x-rays to show my doctor’s family, they said the machine to record a DVD was broken, so i asked if was possible to take a pendrive for MY results, they said “not possible”, one week later i went to get my DVD, had to pay ¥2,700 for a DVD, with 6 pictures with the worst quality ever, around 20KB, each picture, yes the x-ray was in .JPEG, they proudly show you at the entrance hack a “SUPREME” water bag, already showing how greedy this place is, also by phone i was informed that, the doctor speaks english, first question when I arrived “nihongo daijobu desuka?”, is my health that we are dealing with, i would like to understand 100% of what’s going on, i will never get close to that place again, treat people like meat pieces attached to money, end of story, i was diagnosed with 2 hernias by other doctors, who said to identify an hernia i needed a MRI. Thank you for taking my money.

I strained my muscle after a gym session and was urgently trying to find an English-speaking doctor. This is the only clinic I found online with an English speaking orthopedic doctor. The clinic is located in a good area, very close to the train station, and had really nice interior design. Very comfortable and professional. Keep in mind that the front desk staff does not speak fluent English, but the doctor does. The staff will hand you documents/information in English, but they may not be able to communicate with you verbally very well if you don't speak Japanese. They will also hand you English instructions for your prescriptions. It wasn't an issue for me as long as I was able to communicate with the doctor.

I visited here on for 2 different conditions over 2 years (one a dislocated shoulder, and two a torn hamstring). Both times the main Dr/owner (Dr Jin) ended up looking over the conditions within 2-3 minutes and prescribed pain killers and sent me on my way. No real treatment except "try rehabilitation". The rehab was also a joke, with no real training/tooling to examine and only regular stretches you'd get at a gym with a trainer. I recommend to find a real sports doctor for injuries, or for non-sports related to go to Hiro Hospital closeby if you can.

Recommended. It's hard to find a doctor like this in Japan. Speak English and has a great attitude. The nurses are also very kind. They have proper equipment to measure the bone density. No reservation. You need to come and wait. The only downside is that the doctor will ask you to come every month for check up even though you only need to get your vitamin D supply. A bit too obvious that it is their way to get extra money.

I visited because I had a hip joint pain. The doctor suggested I go to the rehabilitation sessions provided here and my therapist Murata and the doctor quickly found the cause of my pain (basically bad posture, scoliosis, one leg longer than the other etc). She suggested I wear an insole and a few exercises to do on my own at home, which has made my pain much much better. I would recommend this clinic.
