I'm not familiar with paper-cutting at all, but I took a detour while traveling. The paper-cutting at this time is far more advanced than I imagined, and it is really a "picture" itself, and the way it is shown and expressed has the color of the artist, so I enjoyed seeing it very much. First of all, you will be explained about paper-cutting, so even a complete amateur like me can fully enjoy it. There is also an experience corner, so it seemed that children could enjoy it too!

I stopped by when I stayed at Ikaho Onsen. The works of various artists are exhibited in the museum. You can also experience paper-cutting by explaining the works and paper-cutting. In addition to the scenery of Ikaho Onsen and Mizusawa Kannon, there were many works that were based on the scenery that I had actually visited and seen, such as Kamakura, Kawagoe, Chichibu, and Sawara, but the point as a paper-cutting work. I was also able to explain how to enjoy it, so I was able to enjoy it more deeply. For the paper-cutting experience, there are many simple sketches available, and you can choose from them to take on the challenge. I think it's a place that can be enjoyed by families, couples, and of course alone.

Photography is prohibited inside the building. Please refer to the paper cutout at the entrance. Paper cutouts on display throughout Ikaho Onsen. It seems to be from this museum. I was only thinking about paper-cutting, but it's similar to drawing a picture, but it's different. I thought it was close to ink painting. Enjoy the beauty of the black and white world here.
