Shinjuku Station West Exit Police Box

Google map shows the wrong place for the shinjuku station west gate police box. The police box is actually inside the station.

I went to report a lost item at the Police Box. I couldn't understand much Japanese and couldn't understand what the staff were telling me. The staff couldn't speak English either so we were both having a tough time trying to comprehend each other. The staff who was trying to fill out the report for me was rude and inconsiderate despite how distressed I was. He was annoyed that I couldn't understand what he was saying in Japanese. I ended up spending 30 mins or so at this Police Box and was told to just wait for a call which may or maybe not come....

Standard kōban in the West exit of the station. Can be difficult to find. Seems to be a popular meeting place.
