In sunny days, it’s fun to bring children here. It’s free and you can have amazing picnic without hassle. Some of the visitors even bring small tent, which is nice. We usually spend only 1 hour here and enjoying our snack. Don’t forget to bring your own toys!

Good place to water play with kids in summer time.

It's more like a square than a spacious park. Since the playground equipment is gone and the water playground is stopped due to the corona, many children are playing soccer, playing ball, playing tag or playing tag on the large lawn. There are also families who have picnics in tents. It's beautiful and has no trash, so even young children can play on the lawn with peace of mind. The frontale futsal ground is next door, so you can hear the dashing shouts from the neighbor and it is a lively square. However, even though it is a relatively large park, there is no restroom and you have to go to the next futsal ground, so it is better for children with children to go to the restroom as soon as possible.

✤ Kappa Kusa Numa Opened April 1, 2006 This facility was built on the site of the former Saginuma pool (end of March 2003) and includes the following four zones. Education zone: Dobashi Elementary School Open space, park zone: Saginuma contact open space Exercise Facility Zone: Front Town Saginuma (Futsal Field) Welfare zone: Saginuma Nagomi Nursery School Fujimi Plaza Fontaine Saginuma (2009.4-) (Special elderly nursing home) "Cap Park Saginuma" is the name of the open call for participants. Under the facility is the Kawasaki City Water and Sewerage Bureau's largest water distribution reservoir (Issuichi), which supplies tap water mainly to the southwestern region. At the west end of the site is the Water Management Center of the Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau and the Saginuma Distribution Station. On the west side of Dobashi Elementary School is the Saginuma Power Station.に It is located underground, and you can visit it by applying as a group.水 This is a hydroelectric power station that uses a part of the energy that flows by gravity by attaching a generator to the water pipe through which a large amount of tap water from the water purification plant passes. About 90 kW (kilowatt) is generated and sold. Eco (economic; ecological + ecological). It is a very small power station because it requires 1.0 to 1.3 kW for a microwave oven and 1 kW for a toaster.発 電 Because power is generated using drinking water, the generator is also made with special care for hygiene.
