I was disappointed with the terrible correspondence. I asked them to give it to their retirees, but it was only wrapped in a transparent film, and a sticker was put up to advertise the store ... I was disappointed even though I asked for the good reviews. If your florist can't do your best to serve you, I would like to ask another store in the future.
