本格的に筋トレをしたいならこの近辺では間違いなくここが良いです。マシンもたくさんあるし、フリーウェイトもベンチプレス 3台、インクライン1台、普通のベンチが5台？、ラックも3台、床引きデッド1、スミス1あり、郊外で人口も少ないことから、待つことがほとんどありません。
スタッフの方々も皆さん元気よく挨拶してくださり、教育も行き届いてます。(銀座店の女性スタッフなんて、愛想0の人とかいますからね。)
満点でないのは、プロテインバーがなかったり、同じ市内の八王子店にはある温泉がないところですかね。ただし気持ち的には星4.5位あげたいです。
プールなじでもokで、少し高くても良いなら、ゴールドジムのが快適にトレーニングできると思います。
