great, affordable gym, trainers are friendly and willing to help at all times, full of high quality equipment to cover all exercises, the membership forms are in english also, plus they stock their own protein powders and pre work outs.

Today, I used the program and equipment as an experience. I was impressed by the detailed and gentle guidance. The staff and instructors were all really good, and although it was only two hours, I was able to spend a wonderful time. I was able to touch things that I couldn't understand just by looking at them online, and I became a fan of EX FIGHT. I'm really thankful to you!

I was worried about joining by myself, but I feel comfortable with the kindness of the staff whenever I go! I didn't like the condition system and I avoided it at the gym I used to go to in the past, but for some reason it's really fun. I think it's because the effect is coming out soon! There are lessons of various genres other than fighting, and you can enjoy training in any of them!

In the 4-hour experience, I thoroughly enjoyed 3 programs + 2 rounds of mitts + aerobic exercise! The trainers also kindly taught me, and I enjoyed training while the PV and songs of EXILE TRIBE were playing ♡ If you are in the neighborhood, you will go 120% 😆😆
