Because my son asked me to run faster,
I applied for the talk of EPARK sports in the classroom.
The class started with stretching, and my son gave me basic instructions on how to run. I just thought that if you shake your hands big, your legs will get faster, but that was a mistake! Lol
My son's time went from 13 seconds to 10 seconds,
