This is an excellent grocery store. It has a great selection of Japanese ingredients, snacks, and prepared food, with the cheapest meat I can find in all of Suita. Go Satake!
Regarding the price of fresh goods
I think it's a bit cheaper than a nearby supermarket.

Vegetables, fruits, sweets, etc. are good. The parking lot is large and easy to park.
Starting from the vegetable section at the entrance, all of them are reasonably priced, so you can put them in the basket as well.
