I started to improve my basic physical fitness and to reduce backache in stiff shoulders. Although it is once a week, the instructor gives me a one-on-one instruction, and I am able to get through because it is an assembly of training that matches my own pace, including checking the physical condition before starting training. Although I had some days off due to the influence of corona, I am relieved that I have been thoroughly ventilated, hand sanitized, and instrument disinfected even after resuming. I didn't sweat much at the beginning of my commute, but over the course of time, I started to feel good sweat, and my stiff shoulders and back pain did not become worse than before. I want to continue to maintain my health.

TRX & pressurization once a week for 3 years. It was about 30 minutes of training each time, but I gained enough muscle to forget my previous figure. Since I am exercising only here, I will continue to do my best to maintain my exercise habits.

It can be as short as 20 minutes, so you can concentrate. It's a one-on-one correspondence, and it always encourages you so you can continue to enjoy yourself while having a sense of accomplishment. I was most happy that my skin had improved. I also got muscle!

At first, I started thinking that I would stay healthy. Every time, I am trained reasonably and when I notice it, my muscles also follow and I am training happily every day. I'm always grateful to the teachers for their support.

He is able to maintain his muscles by doing personal training tailored to each person. I'm glad I have 20 minutes to finish.
