Great local gym with a wealth of treadmills and a great spot for lifting. Great machine ratio and it's not too crowded. It is immaculately clean as well with lots of locker space and shower space. Overall, a great hidden gem in the rough seas of others.

In the 24-hour gym, I think that the weight corner, the abundance of machines, and the cleanliness are quite good. (Of course not as much as Gold's Gym, but if you think about it at COSPA) I use this gym compared to other 24-hour gyms in my neighborhood. I think the attitude and work of the staff are also good. Very few people do not follow good manners. I would like to use it for a long time.
