Love the Mont Blanc. The flavour of the local chestnut and the crispy base (I think it’s a dacquoise) is all well balanced. The filling for Paris Brest is beautiful, but the choux is a bit too chewy. Sadly, financiers and madeleines were disappointing. Both weren’t buttery at all. I don’t even taste much butter in them.

I finally bought it after my third visit. Mont Blanc. There are long lines every time you come, and there are many cars in the parking lot. Most are almost sold out. There was a little bread and ice cream sold with me and I could buy it. The Mont Blanc cake, which is served like buckwheat on a plate called Ricca that you can enjoy in the eat-in space, is tagged as ending today. That was the third time that I was honest and succeeded in purchasing today. It happened to be noon on Saturday, and there weren't many customers during that time, so I could buy it without lining up. Well, those who like it. I think the buckwheat-shaped Mont Blanc is domestic, probably local, or Yamaga, but it has a light sweetness and a good flavor. The simple taste is just a addition to chestnuts. Fresh cream in the middle. The bottom is probably meringue confectionery, which has a nice texture. The form is very similar to that of Mr. Roizo. You can also eat and compare! Each is delicious. The price is quite bullish. Mr. ricca has a nice garden on both sides of the store, and both stores are entertaining. I want to use it as a reference for gardening. The shop is also fashionable and fun.

A cake shop with a cafe that also has bread and gelato. About 10 minutes from Yamaga Onsen. I took out Montblanc and croissants. Many of the croissants made by pastry shops are crispy, but they were also delicious as expected. There are lines only in popular stores from the morning. Montblanc, autumn is like Kumamoto's Japanese chestnut, which is a specialty.
