A new personal gym right next to Torigin in Kamomiya. It was on the second floor of a fashionable white building. It was a training gym where the interior was bright and natural and plants were placed in a calm and relaxing space.
The trainers are two young men, and both trainers are kind, polite and entertaining and fun.
I have been through it several times, but with each iteration, I feel that I have been following my strength and physical strength.
There is a limit to how much you can squeeze the body by yourself, so it will be encouraging because it will firmly support consultation on meals.
Although the image was high, I like the atmosphere that the price is reasonable and easy to enter compared to others.
I'm planning to start yoga in the future, so I'd love to use that too.
The trainer will teach you one-on-one, so it's easy to understand and fun !!
The price is cheap and the butt has gone up!
