I call this department store "Oi, Oi" but it's Maru (meaning O/circle) and "i" (the Japanese pronunciation of i). I like this department store - reasonable quality and not too crazy prices. To the point you can actually find a bargain or two when you look about. These department stores can be found all over Japan, usually close to train stations.
