A few years ago, the owner purchased and gave a gift at the Numazu store. It is an 18K necklace, but the clasp turns black a few months after the purchase. Of course, I always gently wipe it with a soft cloth, and I didn't use it every day. She said that for the third consecutive year, she wanted to change, but she was crying and falling asleep. Jewelry also cleans items purchased at other stores, but defective products do not even replace only parts. Every time I see that clasp, I feel sorry. Although it cost 60,000 yen! I wanted to buy a watch on the anniversary, Because I went with my child, I was very disgusted with the customer service. I was a female sales manager, I thought it would be easy to consult as the same woman, but it was a big mistake.
