It is an amazing gym. The complains from the other reviews are mostly because the equipment is old. But I think they meant that the treadmill is not flashy enough. It is in fact a little aged but works fine for me. Maybe if treadmills are your thing maybe you wanna skip this one. On the other hand the swimming pool is wide and not that crowded. The shower room is also large which helps you to have a quick shower without having to wait (like other smaller gyms). The rental clothes are also nice and handy. Take the biggest size you can find ;) The shoes are also comfortable and easy on the feet while running. The staff is also kind and willing to explain all Japanese rules over and over again every time I ask >.

Friendly staff, English speaking trainer is available. Brand new Technogym machines and various studio program. The only problem, they don't accept reservations for the studio program via phone, you have to come to the gym in a couple of hours before the lesson to book a place.

It is a gym where you can drop in empty-handed. It is very helpful to be able to go casually when you feel like it, and you can continue to use it. It's perfect for me as a lazy person, and the staff members are willing to talk to me and tell me about unknown equipment and places I want to train (such as training that works around my abdomen). I met a good gym.

I have been going there for 15 years, but each year the quality of the members has deteriorated, the changing rooms have become dirty, the labor costs have been reduced, cleaning has not been done well, and it seemed that the number of people who worked happily also decreased. I resigned because I moved to my house, but when I resigned, I didn't tell you about the cancellation of the jaccs card, so I was charged an annual jccs membership fee. Although he canceled immediately, he cannot refund the annual membership fee. I had been going through it for a long time, but at the end I felt very uncomfortable.
