Very bad customer service experience from here. First when I purchase one of the product and I notice that the staff charged me the different price which not same as the display, and I start to ask question politely in English, but the staff get furious and start to yelling at me in Japanese and bang the box. I never see the Japanese with this angery, especially when they serve the customer. VERY BAD. Also during the service, there is no thank you saying in before or after the purchase, it is very unlikely in Japan. So in my conclusion. If you looking for some opinion or try to ask question. Make sure you speak very good Japanese or you are Japanese, otherwise they will blame you or yelling at you. Furthermore, there have sign and announcements said in the shop welcome the foreign, but I don't feel it at all with this visit. Message for the management, if you are not welcome the foreign customers, you might want to change your sign to "Japanese only", than might be your perfect staff will feel better. Finally, I am highly NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone if you cannot speak Japanese.
