This is a favorite place
It is a water fountain which was made to protect people living in the basin of the Tatsukawa river which was once flooded from flood damage. This is a pond when it comes to emergency. Building of brown round design is impressive. I guess it's a pumping facility. For Soka 🍘, I felt that rice cracker is a motif. Is it the correct answer?
There are people who are walking or jogging well around 900 meters in one round. There is no play equipment in particular.
There is a toilet. It is dark at night ...
