Luckily they were very polite to foreigner and all facilities were awesome. For tourists who is planning to stay nights in Ueno area and want to keep continue your work out plan while on traveling, I recommend you this place. It's literally 5mins walk from the Ueno station. To tell you about the price... I paid about 3000 yen ($30) for one day use which is quite expensive. But the price contained access to all facilities such as spa, swimming pool and work out gym. I'm not sure if I can just pay less and use partiqular facility though.

It is a beautiful facility that is well managed Below are the impressions of the spa. ○ Wide high temperature sauna ○ Steam sauna where you can check the usage status from the outside ○ A water bath where you can sit down I used the gym sauna for the first time. There is no rest space, but a spacious high-temperature sauna and a steam sauna that is neither too hot nor too hot. The washroom is crowded depending on the time of day, but the sauna is basically not so crowded. When you enter the sauna with a tired body after doing muscle training, there is a feeling that fatigue substances go out of the body (although it is likely to be a placebo effect), and it feels different from the usual sauna.
