We used it for climbing purpose in early August 2018. I am thankful that there is a parking lot of this size for free. Arrived around 3:30, there were quite a few cars in the second parking lot where the first parking lot was already full and got off a little before the river side. As those who came in other times seem to have been parked at the first parking lot at 5 o'clock, there may be a big difference between the high season and the rest of the season
