Perfect for a post office, very friendly and helpful staff!

We ship packages every week, but it is very helpful to always support us smoothly and politely.

I received a notice of absence at my house, so I asked for it at the counter, but he didn't give it to me because the address was an order of magnitude different from my ID. Even though the address and the apartment name match ... I understand that you can't hand it over by the rules, but I was very angry with the staff who responded with a half-laugh.

電話対応が酷い。 どんどん早口になり聞き取れない上、自分が話し合えた瞬間にガチャンと切る。 どこの企業でも相手が切るまで待つ様に指導されていると思うのですが、私の対応をした者はそんな基本的な事もできなかったです。
