Went to little mermaid, seijo Ishii, and Starbucks..no complaints
Kind of a weird place; it is a mall with ordinary shops, but themed to look like a Parisian street at night, and the time is announced in French despite the lack of French speakers who use it. Also, if you want to see some great “Engrish”, head to the Lotteria hamburger shop and look at their walls. The food itself is pretty decent. There is a good variety of both quick and sit-down options (Western and Asian).
Cheaper if I compare with another shops. Best place to do shopping. Even like I often visit this place to get free fruit sample XD. (I hope that the store owner don't read this haha). The shop is located at higashi koganei station and it is ver near with the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology
A ludicrous distribution of stores and eateries divided by a station. Non-sensical array of services. However, it is far better than nothing. A noodle shop right next to the restrooms? It seems the project did not go as planned. Originally, it was supposed to be a piece of Paris with French chansons around Higasikoga Koganei Stn.
The inside of Nonoa may be beautiful, but suddenly there was that high-class famous supermarket (?). When I step out of the station, there aren't many people in Tokyo, especially in the evenings of autumn and winter, and the lamps are darker than others, so I feel that there are few, so I'm reluctant to walk a little. People who have a habit of traveling by car may not feel it, but walking is still a bit ... (in my case).
