I bought a table and chairs at the event because the design is good and the price is modest. However, at the time of delivery, there are defects such as rust on the legs of the table, dirt on the chair fabric, and part of the fabric on the back side is peeled off, so please redeliver it about 3 times. And next time will be the 4th time. At first, the sales staff apologized for quality control and the sweetness of inspections, but the response suddenly hardened, perhaps because it was switched to Kramer support. I was very sad because the level we were looking for in terms of quality was too high, and there was a suggestion that we would accept refunds if we used the defective ones that we are currently using. I just want you to deliver a normal product with a normal delivery date. It seems that the manufacturer cannot do that. I was also interested in other products, but I was afraid to have the same exchanges and feelings, so I forgot to buy it. Distributors and shipping companies who reported as defective products also said that this was terrible and should be properly claimed by looking at the pictures of the defective condition and the product itself. The response of the distributor is also sincere and saved. Taking this opportunity, whether or not the cause of the problem can be identified and the action to solve it can be taken is the turning point of whether to increase or decrease the value as a manufacturer or brand. I think that is the question now. When we deliver the product for the fourth time, it would be great if we could say that we would like to expect future brand growth.
