I have been going for 4 years.
Most of all, there is no parking fee.
Parking fees are almost always charged at nearby sports clubs.
It's a burden from 200 yen to 300 yen for 2 hours x 8 times a month.
It's a shame that Corona has reduced shortened sales and studio programs, but it's probably the same.

This facility is located on the first floor of Lara Garden, a large commercial facility that Kawaguchi is proud of.
The first floor is a pool in the reception and training area, and the second floor is quite large with a studio in the changing room and public bath!
There are many types of machines, but the free weight space is narrow. (Smith machines, power racks, benches, dumbbell racks to some extent)
I think that those who are more than intermediate are not enough.
Users are young and old and there are many children's schools, so there are many people with children.
The “training facility for health” is dark.
The public bath has a sauna and a milk bath with white and sleeping baths.
And above all, the biggest reason I use this facility is to have a temperature-controlled water bath!
It's a great way to quickly cool your burned muscles!
