Nice view of Fukuyama castle from our room. Staff were a little unprofessional and this place charges you your entire nights of stay at check in which surprised me a bit. I was gonna pay for it but my father arrived at the hotel before me and they changed on his credit card. I had to reimburse it and charge it on my card. Usually the hotels I stay hold the print of a card and wouldn't charge till check out. Oh and they charged me $10 for 5mins on domestic phone call, it was a free call too!!

Great hotel at an appropriate location. Very nearby to train and bus station. Hotel support staff are very good and maintained very well. You get the chance to opt for Japanese or English breakfast served all through the week. Ideal for all type of visitors considering the location of hotel and nearby places......

Food is good (at least european version) and rooms are comfortable. Hotel is close to the castle.
