These folks are the masters of stuffing delicious things (meat! fruits! etc) into incredible bread. Great and good prices too!

This place was brilliant value for money. Many delicious treats to stock up on for the day. My fav was the pork bun that they do for around 260 yen. 2 of these and a sweet were more than enough for one average man! We bought heaps of stuff to take hiking which amounted to roughly $20... lasted two people breakfast and lunch with a couple of sweets left over for dinner. Selection is good but not massive. Will go back 100% value for money bakery in Kyoto.

Delicious curry bun and custard buns!!!!. We ended up going back every morning for breakfast! Easily feeds 2 people for under 1000 yen. Smells like heaven, tastes even better!

Sweet little local bakery with a great vaeiery of freshly baked goods. We tried a number of buns one morning and loved the curry buns and custard buns so much that we went back 30 mins later for more. The old lady was happy to see us again and served us with a smile! Would definitely recommend this place for breakfast or lunch goods to go!
