Paved for free. There is also a public toilet. It seems that it was submerged by 50cm due to flooding in October. This place seems to be much lower than Sanada's residence.

I think it's enough space for the size of the destination. There is a public toilet. A few minutes walk to the castle ruins. No problem if the weather is good.
