The BEST bar experience in Tokyo so far! Definitely recommended for high quality cocktails and a local neighborhood experience. Very special shout-out to the Moscow mule! A must try. One of the best parts is the owner Satoshi !! A super friendly nice guy, he makes you feel comfortable. I will go back!

Bar flat is the perfect low key bar experience. It is small, with about 10 seats. The drinks are amazing (special shout-out to the Tokyo Mule and the gin gimlet) and the hospitality and friendliness of the bartender and owner is second to none. He seriously is the best! The bar was full and there was a good mix of super friendly locals and tourists. Great drinks, great conversations, and great music. A perfect Tokyo bar experience, thank you so much Bar Flat for a wonderful evening!

Satoshi us an amazing bar that gave us the best last night in Tokyo we could ask for. So kind, really diligent and tasty drinks too. Small and quaint bar in good location. Worth making a specific trip for the experience and conversation too!

Incredible bar ! Satoshi, your host, is amazing and english speaker. His collection/range of spirits is impressive. Tiny place but cozy atmosphere. Excellent cocktails, affordable prices. If you plan to visit Tokyo, this bar is a must seen !
