I am really happy we found this place...it was pouring rain and we ducked into this quiet, subtle place. Really nice owner with Kyoto beer selection. Very quaint and nice ambiance. A popular hangout for Geishas as well.

Walked in for some snacks and tea. Asked for ice cream, they don’t have ice cream. Asked for sweet pastry from the menu, out if nine there was only one croissant available. The waiter was pleasant first, pushing for expensive bottled beer, when I declined, he became not so friendly. There were no draft beer on tap. They don’t see you as customers but money machines, avoid at all cost.

Great little spot hidden away. We had a drink here before dinner and the staff were very friendly, loved the atmosphere.

Amazing restaurant very cosy. The place is made in the orient express style with an english atmosphere. the food is very good and the prices are good too. I recomend this place at 100% :) The owner ken hayashi is very nice and helpfull, he also speak english very well!
