In general good and cost effective. Just felt there should be a scale to check the weight progress. Also no water!?! dispenser available.

The inside of the facility is clean and well-cleaned, and the staff members have a feeling of cleanliness.

I can't compare because I haven't been to another gym, but the staff are bright and helpful and the facilities are beautiful.
You can enjoy both a gym and a studio in a homely space. The staff are very kind and friendly, but there are not enough people.
I asked the receptionist to stamp the visitor, but nobody was in trouble. After a while, the store manager responded, but I was angry, saying, “There is only one basic staff. It is a pity that the other staff members and the teachers in the studio responded warmly and comfortably.
Compared to the head family Atrio, it is a small facility, but there are no places for people to accumulate, so people often turn around in a good sense. Easy to go when you have no time! And the staff will give up just by going so the motivation will rise

It's a nice place to go, but recently the hydrogen water server has entered, so the impression has deteriorated. Hydrogen water has not been proven to be healthy (for now). I just want an ordinary water server ...
