Helpful staff, got shoes clean for a reasonable price fairly quickly.

It cost about 8000 yen for steel tip (1 pair) and heel repair (1 pair), but the finish was the worst. The screws on the steel tip are tilted, the burrs are intact, and they are not attached parallel to the sole. The nails on the heel have been pushed in, and the cutouts are rough, leaving the adhesive sticking out. I was very disappointed because I didn't do this at another store. Visited on November 27, 2020

When I was heading to my youngest daughter for a wedding ceremony for my child, the heel of a new pump was suddenly removed and my daughter remembered being at the east exit. He seemed to have changed the heel, but he seemed to be able to judge it based on his daughter's clothes and so on, so he fixed it very quickly. She also explained to her the other worried daughter why she was okay. It was a situation that we couldn't understand even if we fixed both of them silently, but without doing so, it was a good shop that considered the customer's convenience first!
