Conveniently located. I think the type of bread is different from other stores. I ate some side dish bread several times, but the inside ingredients seemed to be the ready-made commercial salad wrapped in bread dough ... The price is reasonable, so it's for everyday dining. Still, the price is rising ...

At Cascade, I like German bread. There are many bakery shops in Kobe, but this shop is conveniently located near the station and the price is reasonable. However, I once encountered a situation where a female staff (probably the store manager) was scolding the staff girl for about 10 minutes in the store. I think that there are times when I need to instruct the staff, but I don't think it's normal to reprimand you in the store during business hours (where you can see the customer). Recently, I met this former staff member, but it seemed that my workplace was quite black, as the hourly wage for working hours was not paid and the store manager had power harassment. Bread is also a delicious shop in a convenient place, but after the above, my cascade was not so good.

I often use the self-service cafe space. There are some dirt on the wall because it is an old space, but the table is often cleaned. Because the drinks are cheap and the bread is delicious, the space is narrow. I don't feel disgusting with the atmosphere of the clerk's talk and customer service. If you are busy you will be serving customers properly, which means that there are a lot of customers buying bread. I had a bakery called spring, summer, autumn, and winter in front of my eyes and nose, but I would like them to continue selling delicious bread that has nothing to do with transient trends.

I used to go there for a while, but I have heard that the store clerks are saying bad things about staff and customers. Even though you are wearing a hat, there are people who bring their hair in front of you. Although it is an underground mall, I have seen GOKI several times in the store. According to a friend who worked in the past, he quit after about three people in a month. Such a work environment and human environment are also appearing in customer service. The bread is delicious and cheap and there are lots of favorite breads. But I do not buy at this store. I bought it at a store in the same series.

Sweets are delicious bakery. Recommendation is Kobe melon bread. Kobe is said to be the birthplace of melon bread, but the usual array that is round and has a grid pattern is called "sunrise" in Kobe. Kobe melon bread contains anko in the shape of a rugby ball. It is so delicious that you should try it.
