only one rack. so small. take 15min to walk to akiba or ryogoku where the are entire separate floors for machines and racks/dumbbells
Overall, it's alright.
Staff are friendly and it's quite clean.
But the gym is small, and the facilities lacking. Only one power rack, one Smith machine, one bench, one pully machine. There are some other machines that are ok, but not even a pecdeck etc.
There's plenty of cardio machines though..
Small size if you compare with typical commercial gym in other country but this is Tokyo. It has everything you need just have to improvise. Staff is friendly and do speak English but you need to have alien card and local bank card to register. I don’t think they have day pass, if you are visiting JP for short time try go to gold’s gym in Ginza.
Has all of your basic gym needs. The long-haired kid that sometimes works the place has a really bad attitude, though. And the toilet is often covered in pee.
Small overpriced gym. This location is probably the smallest anytime location in Tokyo with old equipment.
You'll pay the same price as the newer and more spacious Anytime gyms, even if you never visit them.
