The pudding and roasted green tea pudding are delicious.

I've been interested in it for the first time. I was worried about pudding and roll cake, but this time I found one roll cake as a souvenir and a roll cake with “Hashikko” written on it, so I bought it and tried it. A sweet and modest roll cake. It was very delicious. I wrote a photo because I thought the handwritten news was very nice.

A roll cake shop that uses rice flour and rice bran with all Toyama Prefecture ingredients. It is a machiya-style building and the interior is bright and roomy. The vending machine on the table is a little broken, but I don't mind (laughs) Roll cakes are available in plain and roasted green tea, and in full size and small slices. The ingredients are sugar beet, soy milk, and rice bran. The flavor of the roll cake is refined and very tasty, although the sweetness and richness are modest compared to the general roll cake. The taste isn't flashy, but the sweetness of the ingredients is alive when you say it solidly. It goes well with tea and coffee. Pudding using amazake is also delicious. Parking is available and card is ok.

It is a shop that offers a limited number of high-level rolls using rice bran. I ate a little before shooting, but it was delicious.
