The worst response to foreigners. I wanted to make an ATM transfer, I can speak Japanese but I'm not good at reading, so if you ask for help, I will be treated by a female staff in my 50's and it will be explained in a shouting tone, and it will be difficult to switch to the next screen I was told that I could find myself because it was the same kanji, but if I didn't know, I was sighed and couldn't tell at all which button to press. Furthermore, when I talked to my boss, I was told that it was unclear that helping people who could not read was uniformly refused, and I felt apologized for the time being. Foreigners should never go, because they will take discriminatory measures that ignore malicious human rights that are not found in other financial institutions.

It is about 8-10 minutes on foot from Toyokawa Inari Station on the Meitetsu Toyokawa Line or Toyokawa Station on the JR Iida Line. There are lots of ATMs, which are marked by the dumpling bowls. The machine has been changed to a new passbook.
