夏に向けて体を引き締めたく、10月から通い始め2ヶ月たちましたが、感動するくらい変化を実感してます!自己流でトレーニングを長い間していても全く変化がなかったのに、たった2ヶ月でこんなに理想の体に近付けるならもっと早く通いたかったと思いました(笑)その日の体調に合わせてトレーニングを進めてくれるので、仕事で腰を痛めた日には鍼と整体の治療に変えてもらい、臨機応変に対応してくれる所も有難いです! トレーニングの楽しさを知り、これから更に体が変わっていくのが楽しみで仕方ないです!これからもよろしくお願いします!

I ask Dr. Itoga for personal training and body care with acupuncture and moxibustion through a "home visit". Even if you don't have any special training equipment, you will never get bored because you can instruct different training each time using the balls and chairs on the spot. The training is quick and effective, and I still feel the soothing muscle aches from yesterday's training. I have countless drawers, so I feel that I can meet any needs. The frozen shoulders that have been plagued for several years have almost completely healed!

I am indebted to UTC. It's about twice a month, but I'm using it! ️ I am very grateful that the menu will be tailored to the physical condition of the day. Talk that makes you forget the spiciness is also helpful. Post-training massage and needles are also effective. I wonder if this alone is okay, but it's a reward for doing my best. Why don't you monitor your diet from your favorite friend? I was told that I should try it. I had a pain in my knee, so I consulted about it first. The word (please say anything) was very encouraging. My knee pain is gone like a lie, and I am comfortable every day. On the way, I refrained from going to Corona for about two months, but during that time I lost ➖ 6 cm and weight ➖ 5 kg thanks to detailed guidance on food and training. Thank you.
