When my wife and I visited the shop today 18 Apr, 7.45pm at Shinsaibashi, no one paid any attention to us.We were the only customers. There were about 4 staff. No one said anything, no greeting as if we were invisible. The pets were really cute and we were looking for a puppy. Yes prices were a bit exorbitant. Our first time in Japan. Our first and last time to P's first. My trip to Japan has been great up till this point. Your service is terrible.!

We can welcome a well-managed child with a doctor's check. When I met a cat at another pet shop before, it looked cute with ear mites, and the medical expenses overlap... A pet store like Petz First who thinks about the health of pets first is safe and thankful.

It is in a good location in Shinsaibashi. I welcomed the dog here and still go there quite a bit, but the clerk is kind and nice. Since only small children sell biometrics, you can rest assured that the staff will carefully explain various things, including points that require attention.

The first impression is clean and peaceful. Also, the clerk was very helpful in serving customers, so if you keep a dog or a cat, I think it's here. I can talk about vaccinations and dietary nutrition, so I think it will be safe to keep them. It's worth trying because there are many cute kids!
