The customers for Onna Real Estate are landlords, not borrowers. Even if there is a problem on the lender's side, the borrower will be liable for all unreasonable claims. I contact the Consumer Center to explain the process and keep an eye on it. I hope that such real estate companies will disappear from Okinawa soon. There are other real estate companies, so if you are looking for a home now, I highly recommend using another.
