I've used it several times, but I think it's a difficult parking lot to use. The reason is that when you go out to Utsunomiya at the entrance, you will create a traffic jam, and if there is a following car, you will get impatient and cause an accident. I'm not satisfied with the price when I go shopping in Roble and can't find what to buy. If you are yourself, you should park at another free parking lot, decide on the items, and then go buy.
