I'm a trash like gym, but I basically leave students alone, and I only deal with professionals, so I can't do spar or mass spar so much that I have a mitt hit once or twice a month.
If you're wondering what I'm going for, people who want to be strong, people who want to learn boxing shouldn't go to this gym first, regret, the vague way of teaching is vague When I asked, "I don't think it's okay," or I want you to tell me this properly, but it's messed up properly, it's just a waste of money, and I've never seen such a cruel gym for the first time.
There are other good boxing gyms, it's a bit far from going here
